I liked Lucia even before she was a LEGENDARY restauranteuse (if that's a word), and she graciously allowed me to sit around and sketch in her restaurant's kitchen. The movement of cooks cooking, food preppers prepping, and dishers dishing was as tightly choreographed as a Busby Berkeley musical.
